Terms & Conditions – Brand, Web & Growth System™

By enrolling in the Brand, Web & Growth System™ ("the System"), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Inclusions

Each Program includes the following deliverables:

Included for all clients

  • Brand clarity session – one 60‑minute session to define your brand, message and goals and outline the structure of your new website

  • Website redesign – design and build of up to five pages, including basic search optimisation, contact forms and a responsive layout

  • On‑site content shoot – up to one full day capturing professional photos and video footage at your business location in Canberra

  • Edited assets – a hero video, 10 short reels and between 30–60 professionally edited photos for use across your channels

  • Social media management – two posts per week for three months, published on Instagram, Facebook and your Google Business Profile. We will provide reporting to analyse progress and give us an idea of what can be done to improve results.

Optional additions: Paid ads management or extra pages; these will be agreed in writing before work begins and may incur additional fees.

2. Eligibility & Location

This Program is available exclusively to service‑based businesses located in Canberra and the surrounding region. Travel fees may apply for shoots or meetings outside this area.

3. Ownership & Usage Rights

You are granted a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to use the delivered content for your:

  • Website

  • Social media platforms

  • Digital and printed marketing material

Studio Who retains the right to use the work produced (photos, videos and website designs) for portfolio, promotional and case‑study purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment Terms

  • Invoices must be paid within 30 days of issue. Late payments may result in delays to your project schedule.

  • A minimum commitment of three months applies to ensure the success of your brand, web and content strategy.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Brand sessions and shoot days may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

  • Same‑day cancellations or no‑shows may result in forfeiture of that session and may delay delivery.

  • Studio Who reserves the right to reschedule in cases of extreme weather, illness or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Turnaround Times

  • The redesigned website and edited content will be delivered within four to six weeks after your shoot, provided all client feedback and materials are supplied on time.

  • Requests for expedited delivery may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis and may incur additional fees.

7. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth process, you agree to:

  • Be available at the agreed times for the brand session, web reviews and shoot day

  • Provide any existing brand assets, copy, access credentials and other materials we request in a timely manner

  • Communicate clearly about locations, branding requirements and desired outcomes

  • Review and approve drafts in a timely manner so we can stay on schedule

8. Cancellation Policy

  • After the three‑month minimum term, you may cancel the Program with at least 14 days’ written notice before your next payment is due.

  • Early cancellations within the minimum term will incur payment of any remaining fees owed for the initial commitment.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the services provided, payments are non‑refundable once work has commenced. If you are unsatisfied with the deliverables, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.

10. Limitation of Liability

While Studio Who will make every effort to meet your expectations, we do not guarantee specific business results such as increased enquiries or sales. The Program is designed to improve your online presence and marketing materials and does not replace a complete marketing or sales strategy.
